Patrick Bryant
Patrick is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working in schools, community health and private practice. He enjoys working with adolescents and young adults to improve their mental wellbeing.
Patrick uses a combination of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy to treat, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, anger management, life adjustments, grief, sleep difficulties and online addictions. He has a particular interest in the assessment of ADHD and learning difficulties.
Patrick is strongly driven by the value that positive change through the therapeutic process requires taking time and effort to establish good rapport and providing a safe environment for the individual.
Patrick holds clinical psychology endorsement with the Australian Psychology Board and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologists.
Patrick works face-to-face at the Mind Hub on Fridays and will also see clients via Telehealth where required.
